Recycling any glass bottle into a interesting mini aquarium, 
add tiny pebbles, coral, stones to make it a realistic environment.
The polymer clay fish or other subject like eg. dolphin must be
mounted on a soft spring, it will make the movement more flexible 
and realistic. Polymer clay seaweeds must be thin so that it will  
also be flexible with the water movement.
In order to make the fish move without shaking the bottle, you can 
embedded a tiny magnet into the fish mouth, paying attention to 
balance the fish on the spring. Create a "Fish Food" with the 
polymer clay, conceal the other magnet in the clay. Depending
on the pole of the magnets it will repel and attract the fish, thereby 
causing the fish to move.
