WITHOUT THE USE OF ANY MAGNIFYING GLASSES

Bake the base and the bear sealing it with two parts epoxy glue, make
 sure that you provided a tiny hole on the base before baking. Add
preservative and a little bit of glittles into the globe, filled it with water.
