TOY MINIATURE SUBMARINE DESIGN FOR THE ANT

Creating new ideas in teaching will inspire more student to learn the Play Clay skill, that
will help to develop their fine motorskills, improve hand and eye coordination, motivating, 
enhancing the kid's creative thinking, by developing and expanding the child's interests.

This project combining science with art, the use 
of polymer clay to create a miniature submarine, 
submerging underwater and creating life support 
for the ant in a confine environment and still able 
to extend their live.


Learning a skill to create a miniature vessel in 
polymer clay, incorporated with a transparent 
PVC tubing make the submarine more
interesting to see the occupant inside.

Life Support For Submariner Ant is Oxygen Stone Tablets, generates oxygen when immersed 
in water, full tablet will keep producing oxygen for about one month. Using oxygen chips in the 
tube filled with water that will allow the ant to live for more than 24 hours, in the aquarium tank. 
Food sources for the ant, sugar cubes and water compartment. Without oxygen stone chips 
the maximum air support within the tube approximately 1.5 hours depending on the diameter 
of tne transparent PVC tube.
